What if I don't like the product I’ve ordered?

A 60-day return privilege is guaranteed for purchases by individuals. Products must be in salable condition and returned to the warehouse specified on the invoice / packing slip contained in your shipment.

Please enclose a copy of our invoice or packing list when you send your return so we can issue appropriate credit to your account to expedite return processing and / or avoid a possible 10% penalty. For your protection, returns should be sent by a traceable method (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, in case proof of return is required. The turnaround time for a credit to be issued to your account is about four to five weeks from the date we receive the returned product from you.
