I have received an invoice / pro-forma invoice but I don’t want to continue with my subscription

Please contact customerservices@springernature.com and arrange for the invoice to be cancelled. You will be able to find more information regarding subscription cancellation requests by clicking on this link.


If you have received a final invoice, please note our guideline for proforma-invoice cancel periods:


Academic Titles: 90 days prior to the subscription expiration date

B2B:  30 days prior to the subscription expiration date

VS-Verlag: 6 weeks prior to the subscription expiration date

Vienna titles: 60 days weeks prior to the subscription expiration date
