The following are the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding APC payments.
If the Corresponding Author is not the actual payer, please select invoice as the payment method and forward the received invoice to the payer. If you select invoice, an additional Admin Fee will be charged for each invoice (also see Split APCs across multiple parties).
If you do not receive an invoice for the Article Processing Charge (Open Access Publication Fee), please contact Open Research Support with information that identifies your article (DOI, etc.).
If you have received an invoice with unknown details, please contact Open Research Support with the invoice number and the contact information on the invoice.
