Inter-Library Loan (ILL) requests for electronic versions of Springer content

For the Americas:
If you have a Springer license in the Americas, you may digitally transfer journal articles and book chapters to fulfill ILL requests. Follow Fair Use and CONTU guidelines on the appropriate amount of such ILL activity. If you do not have a Springer license in the Americas, you should fulfill article and chapter requests via postal or faxed fulfillment in print format. Electronic journal articles may be printed then sent via post, fax or faxed-based services to fulfill ILL requests from academic, research or other non-commercial libraries.

For Rest of the World:
Only in print format. Electronic journal articles and book chapters may be printed then sent via post, fax or faxed-based services (e.g. Ariel or Prospero) to fulfill ILL requests from academic, research or other non-commercial libraries.

Please note that only book chapters are eligible for ILL. Complete Book PDFs are not eligible.
