Prepayment (via credit card, personal check or money order) is required on all purchases for Individual customers.
If a check / money order is sent as prepayment for a proforma invoice, invoice or debit memo ensure the billing document is enclosed with the payment, otherwise it's difficult to match the payment to the order details. It will also take longer for an order to be processed onto our system. Please reference the billing document number on the money order / check details.
Purchase Orders are accepted for Institutional customers, providing that the account has already been established with Springer Nature.
Institutional customers without an account should fill out our credit application and include it with their initial order to expedite processing.
Customers located in Rest of World (ROW)
Depending on the location, print titles can either be ordered with prepayment (proforma), credit card, Paypal or may also be billed.
