Activate my administrator account?

If you have not previously registered an account in Springer...

Please contact onlineservice@springernature.com to request to be set up with a new administrator’s account for the Librarian Portal (this can also be used to login on Springerlink). We will notify you when your account has been set up and you will receive an email from us with a link to activate your new account. Once activated you will be able to login using your email address and your newly created password on the Librarian Portal


If the email does not arrive in your inbox please check your SPAM/junk mail.


If you have previously signed up for a Springer account...

If your email address is already registered to an appropriate account in our records then we will add your administrator privileges to . In this case you will not receive any activation email, but should be able to immediately login to the Librarian Portal as soon as we have advised you that your account has been updated.


Please note it may be necessary for you to log out and clear cache/cookies in your browser before being able to log into your updated account.
