Each eBook is watermarked before being made available for download. Normally, this happens within a few seconds. If there is a delay, please be patient. eBooks may be delivered with a small lag.
If you have access issues, or an error message appears, please send a screenshot of the error message, broken page / broken file along with your order confirmation details and your active email address to: email@example.com. They will help you obtain your eBook.
First, please check your eBookshelf accessible via your login account. If you can't find your eBook there, please send your order confirmation or invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Team will load the eBook onto to your eBookshelf.
If you don't have the order confirmation or invoice, please send your order number, eISBN, date, your name and active email address to our Customer Service Team and they will retrieve your order.
Access article/chapter after purchase
First, please check your email. A confirmation of your purchase with a download link will be emailed to you. Purchased digital content should also be available via your eBookshelf by logging into your Springer.com account. If you need assistance please contact us at email@example.com.
